Your mission
We are searching for a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist to enable the rapid growth of our sister companies Bongfish and Your mission: Find new talented and passionate team-players to join our teams. You will lead recruitment for open positions, but also network with passive candidates, and bring our Employer Value Proposition to life by conveying our culture and employee experience online. It's an exciting opportunity to help create a Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence in a friendly and highly collaborative environment where ownership and new ideas are welcome.


  • Partner with hiring managers to best advertize new job postings and screen incoming applications.
  • Conduct the first HR interview and coordinate further interviews, ensuring a fast and smooth candidate experience.
  • Monitor results and collaborate with Head of HR to continuously improve the effectiveness of the recruiting strategy.
Sourcing & Employer Branding:

  • Actively network on the long-term with interesting talents identified by our Active Sourcing Trainee through a variety of social media and communication channels.
  • Through a subtle combination of chats and global campaigns, nudge talents to inform themselves about the company, our work, our culture, and eventually apply to a position.
  • Develop authentic contributions and online campaigns that resonate with key targets and differentiates us from other companies.
  • Organize and participate to events to drive recruitment and brand awareness.
Your profile
  • You have experience as a recruiter, and can easily dive into a wide range of profiles, from artists to programmers or sales in a variety of industries.
  • You are familiar with the latest active sourcing techniques and with competency-based interviews.
  • You are social media savvy, can summarize complex subjects in clean visuals and short messages, and can occasionally write impactful short texts.
  • You’re organized, have an eye for detail, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Your written and verbal English skills are excellent.
  • Ideally, you have experience in online recruitment marketing and/or a specialisation in tech profiles.

*The minimum remuneration for the position advertised above is fixed by the Austrian IT collective agreement. The effective salary depends on qualification and experience and may be significantly higher.
