- Advertize new job postings and screen incoming applications
- Conduct the first HR interview and coordinate further interviews
- Monitor and continuously improve the effectiveness of the recruiting strategy
- Actively network on the long-term with interesting talents identified by our Sourcing Specialist through a variety of social media and communication channels
- Through a subtle combination of chats and global campaigns, nudge talents to inform themselves about the company, our work, our culture, and eventually apply to a position
- Develop authentic contributions and online campaigns that resonate with key targets and differentiates us from other companies
- Organize and participate to events to drive recruitment and brand awareness
