Executive Assistant (Part/Full-Time)

Your mission
Hello, we are, a quick-moving Artificial Intelligence startup and sister company to renowned game studio Bongfish. We are seeking a talented Executive Assistant to assist our CEO through strategic administrative and project-based work. It is a great opportunity to play a critical role in a friendly and international team, and further expand your skills in a start-up with transformative technology.

  • Act as the point of contact between management, employees and external partners
  • Provide direct administrative support for our CEO, such as calendar management, meeting planning, travel coordination, correspondence management
  • Organise internal and external meetings, presentations and events
  • Work closely with the Head of Finance and Heads of company departments for internal reports and presentations
  • Lead Operation Management for company internal administrative projects, and assist with a variety of company-wide projects
  • You are more than welcome to enrich the role based on your interests and previous experiences, such as public relations and communication, or controlling etc.
Your profile
  • You have experience as a EA to C-level, preferably in an fast-growing organisation, or experience as an entrepreneur
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, always look for ways to improve, and react with appropriate urgency to changing priorities
  • You are proactive, independent, take ownership of your workload, and have an uncanny attention to detail.
  • You understand business priorities, and have experience with cross-functional project management
  • You highly value integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Tech-savvy, you are proficient in Powerpoint, Keynote, Zoom etc.
  • You have excellent written and verbal German and English skills
  • Ideally, you have an affinity with Finance

*The minimum remuneration for the position advertised above is fixed by the Austrian IT collective agreement (ST1). The effective salary depends on qualification and experience and may be significantly higher.
